Will you try to upsell me?
We will recommend a next step. If the right next step is do nothing, we will say that. The audit is the deliverable. Whether you hire us after is a separate decision.
Do I need to be on Mailchimp?
No. We audit programs on Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Customer.io, Drip, and more. Co-branding is platform-specific.
How much access do you need?
Read-only access to your email and SMS platform. We do not need your CRM admin.
Can the audit be done without disrupting my program?
Yes. We work from your data and your reports. No sends are paused.
What happens to the data after the audit?
We retain the report and our notes for 12 months. We do not retain customer-level data. Full data retention policy in our privacy notice.
How is the paid audit priced?
Pricing depends on list size and program complexity. Quote provided after the kickoff call. Audits typically sit in the low four-figure range for SMB and grow with program size.
Is the audit just for email, or does it cover SMS too?
Both. The audit is shared across our two channel pillars. One engagement, one report, with email findings, SMS findings, and cross-channel coordination findings inside it. We do not run two separate audits because the channels do not run two separate programs.
